Hi, A few days back, my friend upgraded his version of JAWS from version 9 to the latest security build of version 11. He rang me to tell me that his "Research It" is not working. When he typed in a definition of a word, for example, Happy, Wiktionary returned with no result. When he tried to use the currency conversion, the same thing happened. Is there a setting I need to help him activate so the 22 services can function properly? Thank you for any assistance.
