Subject: [JAWS-Users] trying to repair jaws v11
I am trying to do a repair of jaws v11. I have the latest update but jaws
keeps engaging the shift key along with other key strokes on my netbook
running xp pro. I tried several things so far rebooting the computer
hitting the caps lock key twice rapidly to unlock the shifted state with no
success. Now I want to repair jaws but there isn't a repair option in
add/remove when I attempt to remove jaws in control panel on the netbook
and/or when I choose install from the dvd with my external cd/dvd burner.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
