Depends on which version of JAWS you're using. In JAWS11, it's called
'select a voice profile... in the JAWS, basics, Options submenu. In
earlier versions, as i said it is under choose synthesizer language.

No. You need to have other (non-English) language
versions of JAWS
available for this option to work. Eloquence comes equipped with the
ability to speak other languages where they occur, if the html is
tagged
appropriately. Choose synthesizer language submenu, or, in later JAWS
versions,
change voice profile.

When I go into the JAWS menus under Language, there is a submenu
called JAWS
Language which is unavailable. I believe this used to be where you
could
access foreign languages so that JAWS would read correctly in
whatever
language you selected. This is unavailable to me, so I'm asking, how
do I
make the foreign language options show up so I can select a different
language. I hope that makes sense.

Are you talking about the synthesizer languages for Eloquence? If so,
they should all be installed by default - they aren't features that
can only be selectively installed.
