Aloha Chris,
Go to Tools, Options, checking mail. That dialogue has several
buttons. Unless you've told it not to check when using a battery or
when you don't have a network connection, it should auto check when
you open it.
To change the Priority:
With focus on the desired mesage in your outbox, hit your
applications (context menu) key on the message, arrow to
"change priority"and expand the corresponding submenu arrow to the
priority of your choice and whack enter".
I just find this easier than a lot of mousing around.
If you are new to Eudora, it may be beneficial to subscribe to the
BlindEudora list for awhile. It is a very low traffic list and people
on it know the program well.
