Save your money and try using the Microsoft Security Essentials. It works
very well. I have replaced Avast on all three of my computers with MSE. It
is working very well. I have MSE running on many client computers with no
issues in the last 10 months.

I wonder if someone could guide me here please. Currently, I am using the
free version of Avast on my home PC which is lately giving me some grief
i.e. Jaws struggles when Avast is updating the anti-virus database and
sometimes freezes completely.
I am considering buying the paid version of either AVG or Avast and wanted
to find out which one works better with Jaws?
