Don't know about the other versions, but with jaws11 it staise permanent.

Press insert+v and look for "headings anounce" option. Press space on it

choose what you want and press enter.

In MS Word using say all (insert plus down arrow), or going down line by
line or hitting the h key with the quick keys on to jump from heading to
heading- JFW keeps on saying 'heading level xx' right before speaking
