Right, the one that Microsoft supplies as part of Windows 7 OEM is the
click-and-run version, since it is advertisement-supported. It is really
intended as a "teaser" to get people to cough up the money for a
licensed version.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Update on using Jaws with Ms Office Excel 2010
Homeand Student click and run edition
Earlier I shared FS's response to my problems with using Jaws and MS
Office Excel 2010 Home and Student click and run edition. FS sent me
very thorough directions for a fix. Unfortunately, I discovered when
following their directions that the edition of MS Office 2010 Home and
Student I have was good only for the on line click and run version.
this version doesn't work with Jaws as FS explained. So please be
careful when buying a new computer that comes either preloaded with MS
Office Home and Student 2010 edition or you purchase it as an add on
as I did. Be sure that you are getting the full version and not the on
line click and run version.
Best,
Greg Washington
