I think it should be pointed out that the freeware Partition Assistant Home
Edition is only available for 32 bit Windows. If you plan to use this
software for anything other than home use or on a 64 bit Windows computer,
the paid version is required. If you host this great application on your
site, this certainly should be stated.

Check out this program folks, it's a pretty sweet peace of goods. I was
able to resize drives and also convert fat 32 to NTFS drives on the fly
