Hi Trish; It worked just fine. For whatever reason my arrow keys started working in Excel and that made reading the worksheet much easier. Also, I don't have any problems reading tables so copying the worksheet into a Word doc, as was suggested by Riana, worked out quite well. I have been wanting to get some knowledge of using Excel and getting this Excel file finally got the ball rolling. Trish, thank you very much for all of your help, both on and off list. Take care. Bare in mind, if you do copy a spreadsheet into a word doc which shows it as col/tables, your jaws navigation keys are different than for excel. so if you tab across to the end like you do in excel and it drops you down to the next row, in column/tables in word this adds another column. Jaws will give you a warning this will happen if you continue. so just be aware of that.
