I had the issue on my laptop when running my computer in battery mode. I wondered if the settings were different enough that Jaws thought it was running on an unauthorized machine. Anyway, I changed my battery settings, but have not really tried it since. FS told me it might be something to do with my bios settings.

You or your friend will not like what I have to say. More than likely your
friend has a bug in her system. She should make sure she doesn't have a
virus and/or spyware. Freedomscientific couldn't do anything with keys on
her system unless she or someone gave them access to the system.

greetings all i have a friend and for some reason every time she installs
her jaws key after either a few days or maybe as long as a week it
disappears  and she is sent back to 40 minute mode.  has anyone had these
issues is freedom doing something different to trackpeople's user keys?
