XP Home and JAWS 12.
I hear star when entering letters, but if there are stars already in
a password field they are not announced, as in when the password is
already there. I've mentioned this issue on this list before with no
forthcoming solution or suggestions. I've tried changing my
punctuation settings thinking that perhaps JAWS thought the star was
a punctuation mark. Sure would like to know how to solve this.
TIA, Betsy

Yes, I have looked right through the settings centre and can't find a way to

Hi Listers, I have noticed that when entering characters into a password
field on the internet, Jawsno longer announces: ****, like in previous
versions. Is there any way of altering this behaviour
Thanks in advance
