Hi Troy,
It is my understanding that the speed of your processor can make a difference, even if you add mor memory. I wasn't having sluggishness issues on my XP Home computer, but when I had a major crash I did upgrade the memory and now this thing flies. I would call tech support.

Hi all,
I'm one of the ones that has jaws slugglishness on my pc. tech support thought it was a bug or spyware but I don't have any of those. Today I read a message on the list about upgrading the memmory on your pc. I did have the ram upgraded to 2 gb and having the same issue, now how do I know what else to upgrade on this pc so that I don't spend money on something that's not really needed. This is a dell pc, win xp home. Not sure what type of processor I have or anything like that.
