You can try to update the JAWS authorization on your machine. Select Update authorization from the JAWS help menu. When you purchase a new SMA, the authorization on your machine(s) does not get updated automatically. You can check the highest version of JAWS for which you are authorized by running the ILM authorization viewer from the JAWS Tools menu. Look at the line Last rel allowed. You used to be able to see this on fsactivate.com, but it's not there any more.
