Hello, I've downloaded Jaws 12 and so far I like it well. I've been using Jaws for about 14 years now and when typing I like to have the insert and the number 2 key set to Characters and words. I've checked and double checked everything in the settings center , but for the life of me I can only get this setting to speak words. Has anyone else had this problem. Thanks so much, Glenn
