if you purchased an update you should have no problem using update. Also you
could go to FS page and download it from there.

Dear Listers,
I'm running jaws 11 on a Windows 7 Premium 64 bit laptop and have just
arranged to purchase the upgrade to jaws 12.
I'm in South-Africa and I use the ILM version.
Will I be able to, upon confirmation of it's registration, update via
the update dialogue from within jaws, or do I have to re-install a
separate version from a cd or something?
