I was doing some cleaning in my e-mail folder and when I was finished, I found that I could not listen to new mail that I got when I hit the enter key to listen. To hear a message I now have to press the Jaws key. How can I correct this? While I am writing this message I can read it by using the up and down arrows to listen. One other thing. My internet has been wiped from my computer.
