Brian, I use iTunes all of the time now. I haven't used any other software for creating disks or downloading songs from the Internet in almost a year. Once you get used to it, it really does work well. There's even a book out there which describes how to use it. The more recent versions of iTunes work even better than the old ones do. A lot will depend on which version of Jaws you're using.
