Go to add and remove programs and remove IE 8. It should roll you back
to IE 7.

Okay, here's where I'm at. I determined that I indeed have IE 8
running, not compatible with JFW7. How do I downgrade to an earlier
version? Sorry, as I know that this has been discussed here
before...Flor Lynch had the explanation, as I recall. Thanks in
advance...again. If I could remember my dang password, I'd go to the
jaws-users site and search for this.
