Not a big difference.

Select to have the Virtual Viewer visually display on the screen when INSERT+F1 and other helpful messages are accessed. This is useful in training environments. However, in a presentation application like PowerPoint, displaying the Virtual Viewer can disrupt the presentation. JAWS functions the same in these messages whether or not the Virtual Viewer is displayed.
