Well I figured it out.
I open a zip file in Winzip with control+o.
I then go to actions menu and down arrow until encript and tab to password
and then reenter.
So easy when you know how. LOL
I tried to password protect a PDF file using Windows XP Pro by going into
properties but had no luck.
