Why not use a simple text file?
I have already made one up for 2011, and I believe that David has posted it

This topic has probably been discussed in the past, but I can't find an
answer so I'm asking again. Is there an accessible calendar or agenda
that can be used with jaws? I need to keep track of appointments. I am
