Hi.
Which screen resolution do you have chosen?
If you're using an older 3:4 display, it normally has to be 1024*768 and 32
bit colours.
If you're using a widescreen 16:9 display, it can be approximately something
about 1280*720 and 32 bit colours.
This should work, and remember to say ok to the new settings before time
out.
Hope that this can give you acccess to the information on the screen, by
using the Jaws cursor.
Be also aware of, which background is selected for the desktop e.g.

Hello:
I re-formatted my hard drive and installed Microsoft Office 2007. I then
installed my Jaws 9 which I have been using for two or three years.
Everything seems to work much better except the jaws curser. When I turn
on the jaws curser and press any arrow key jaws only says blank.
Any explanations or suggestions?
