I'm recalling from another discussion elsewhere that the buttons you will need for Live365 volume etc. are near the bottom of the page.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] listening to online radio and live 365

Hello everyone, I wrote in a few hours ago and someone told me that I could listen to live 365 with winamp and that it would be totally accessible with Jaws. I have normally used windows media player, but I went ahead and downloaded the player. I went to the listen settings in live 365, checked the box that said play with winamp or other player. I saved the settings. Then, when I went back to live 365, it asked me to download the PLS, which I assume were the player settings. When I tried to do it, It told me to insert a disc into the disc drive. Basically, what I am trying to do is to find a way that I can listen to life 365 and be able to adjust the volume without sighted help.
