Hello Janie,
Here is a link for some Office 2010 keystroke lists: http://www.microsoft.com/enable/products/office2010/default.aspx Press H until you get to the heading "Keyboard shortcuts for Office 2010 products." Use down arrow key and you will find a list of links for Access 2010, Excel 2010, Outlook 2010, PowerPoint 2010, Project 2010 and Word 2010. You can get to the tables of keystrokes for the program you want by following the appropriate link. After pressing enter on one of the links and when the resulting page loads, press the number 1 and arrow down a few lines to the "show all" link and press enter key. You can then use T for moving table to table. Use up arrow two or three times from the top of each table to find out what the table contains. Take care.
