I didn't check the content of the file in question, but this did happen immediately after installing the new MSE. I am running Jaws 12 on my new notebook. I also installed the new MSE on another laptop but didn't get this message. I have Jaws 11 running on that laptop. I think I can easily assume that this message from Microsoft was the same as yours.
