If you want an alternative to working online, we, at Optasia Ministry, have
24 Bible versions, plus some Catholic Bibles.
We have designed our Bibles to work well with JAWS, and they work well on
the Braille notetakers as well.
Each Bible opens with a list of links to all the books of the Bible, Then
each book has a list of links to each chapter, and when the chapter
displays, you will also have a list of links for the verses.
I can find a verse as fast as a sighted person can, and when I'm looking for
Obadiah, I've got a big advantage.
In addition, the Optasia Library contains a set of commentaries and Bible
study tools that you won't find anywhere else.
We have reading material on the categories of devotional, leadership,
theology, pastoral care, prayer and spirituality, and others. Over 1200
books now.
We are able to provide this library of resources free to blind persons.

Hi All,

I have a consumer that asked me about a website where you search for
information on the Bible that is friendly with JAWS. He is looking for a
website that has different verses you can study, do research on different
information of the Bible, ETC. He is using JAWS 11 and Windows 7.
