I have attempted several times over the last couple days to go to the
scripts page. Both threw the link on the jaws users scripts page as well as
directly to Doug's site. & see if there are new or updated scripts
available. With no luck the page shows nothing. Anyone else had same issue?
Or? Is it issue on my end? Thanks

I'm writing from work, where I don't have skype, but in skype 5, you can
still add a contact via the menus, I think it's probably under tools if
not under a contacts submenu, the difference being further that you have
to press the spacebar instead of enter, to get into the edit boxes.
I do have Doug Lee's scripts for jaws installed, but don't know whether
that has a bearing on this issue.
By the way, according to the Skype English list, skype 5.1 is out and
Doug has already released scripts for that too.

It would seem that the most recent version of Skype does not like the
idea of JAWS users adding a contact. My guess either I am missing
something or they need to fix what ever the problem might happen to be
at this time. Never the less I find it interesting and will look further
for more updated scripts ETC. This is just my impression after a few
minutes of playing with it. It's been a long time since I added anybody
so this kind of thing simply slid under my radar.
