I have XP, IE7, jaws 10, and when I do these steps I don't have a choice of
a shortcut key.
How can I make a shortcut key?

Go to the icon you want. Hit your applications key. Up arrow to
"properties". Tab until you hear "Hotkey: none. Here, type the letter
or number of what you want the shortcut to be. enter. Then, to try it
out, hold down alt and Control plus the letter or number of that key. It
