Call FS and tell them to clear the license count. You are allowed 2 installs
per copy.

hello everyone, I was wondering is it normal that when you wake up a
windows 7 laptop using jaws 11 that it deactivates. My laptop was working
just fine and I had to get off and I closed it like I always do and left
it on. It went to sleep and turned off. I came back and turned it back on
and it is now telling me Jaws has expired. I restarted the computer and it
is now telling me I need to activate jaws or it will run in 40 minute
mode. This is frustrating because I no I do not have any keys left because
my windows Vista desktop has had so many problems that I have had to
reinstall windows several times over the last 3 years.
