When you've activated mute thus, press escape. This keeps it mute. JAWSKey+v turns speech on again.

Wondering if there was a keystroke combo for quieting jaws so a sighted person can use the computer and then you can toggle it back for own use? Know you can unload jaws for that purpose but hoped there was a simple toggle for that
