[JAWS-Users] saving email containing pictures

I am using win 7 WLM and jaws 12. My friend sent me an email that contains 
pictures of dogs and the owners phone numbers. I want my girlfriend to look at 
the pictures later. Should I save the email in ms word 2007, or in something 
else? Thanks.
