Hello Kurt,

I think the quickest way to remove the field holders is to use F11 to move
to the field to be deleted and press the delete key. To insert a field,
first move to the position in the document where the field is to be added.
Go under the mailing tab of the ribbon and use tab key until you find the
Insert Merge Field button. When you press spacebar on the item, you will
get a list of fields. Find the field to insert by using up or down arrow
key in the list of fields and press enter key to insert it.

Take care.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Word 2007

Hi all,

I need to modify a merge document in MS Word 2007. I need to remove two of
the data fields and add a new data field. I still need the document
to be able to merge with a data file.
Would anyone know the best way for me to accomplish this. It has been a
long time since I set up a merge letter and I have never done it in Word
2007.
I probably won't need step-by-step directions, but I won't turn them down
either.

Thanks,
Kurt
