Most webpage builders do not make the page available to the public until you
"publish" the page. Perhaps you missed this step.

http://www.fatcows.com. It is the most speech friendly online web design
program I have come across so far. I was able to put my text, Company
logo
and graphics up on the site all by myself. You can take a look at what I
