Hi David,

Try this:
1. minimize apps or get to your desktop
2. Do a right click to get in to the context menu or press the context
key to the left of the right control key (on my keyboard anyway)
3. arrow up until you get to "graphic" submenu
4. Right arrow into that submenu then and arrow down to rotation submenu
5. right arrow into that submenu and arrow down to monitor submenu
6. You should hear "normal" and if you arrow down you will get the
different rotations. You want normal to be checked.
7. Hit enter and that should do it.
8. If this does not correct the "blank" you get in emails then I am not
certain what else it may be unless your screen is not maximized.

I pulled this from another post and it will correct the rotation of your
screen and it shows how to disable the feature once the rotation is
correct.

Robin

hello there;

try the following;

1, system tray, insert+f11,

arrow down and look for Intel graphics,

press enter.
now up/down arrow and enter on, graphics options, now, up/down arrow and
enter on rotation sub-menu, make sure it's set to, normal;

now the next thing is;

Disabling Screen Orientation Hotkeys

1. go to system tray, enter on, "Intel graphic".

2. Arrow until you hear, graphic options sub-menu, right arrow to open.

3. Up-arrow until you hear, "hotkes Sub-menu", right arrow to open.

4. Down-arrow until you hear disable, press enter.

Note, make sure you have rotated your screen back to original position
before you disable the hotkeys.
