Hi NCBootMan, The fastest way to run a quick scan is to press JAWS key plus f11 to bring up the list of active programs in the system tray. Then press N. until you land on Nortons 360. Next, tab to right click and press enter. Finally, Up or down arrow to quick scan and press enter. This is how I run the quick scans. I try to always get nortons set to delete all cookies. So, the rest is automatic. Other wise when the scan is done one needs to use the JAWS curser to delete the cookies. It works either way. Smile.
