Well first, I am using latest Jaws 12 with XP Home, and with both Jaws 11 and 12 I don't like the way it reads my Outlook Express mail. When I hit delete and go to the next message it appears to not go to the very top, where you can hear who it's from. It says, for instance, 13 links, but you don't hear the name as in Jaws 10. So that bugs me.
But the other thing it's doing is, when I go to proofread mail and sometimes want to read something by paragraph, using control down arrow, it won't stop at one paragraph. For instance, say I want to see something in paragraph 3. You can't; it won't control down arrow to the paragraph and acts like there's no paragraph break. I removed my version that I downloaded with the Jaws updates feature and reinstalled from F.S. site, but it's still reading incorrectly. Can someone help?
