In cases like that, it is often a good idea to get out of Forms Mode and
read the surrounding text, arrowing down and entering Forms Mode only
when appropriate, i.e., at an edit prompt.

I do not know why it did not read the pass word boxes. When the program
was first run it was in the first password entry field.The message that
I must enter the password twice was only read. After I entered the
password I hit tab and the same message was read. I entered the
password again and hit tab. This landed me on the ok button and
everything worked from there.
