Hi. Tab to the "change settings" on the interface page and enter. Then use
control + tab to go to the sounds page and tab to the various boxes and make
sure they are all checked. If they are , the only other suggestion is to go
to the maintenence button on the interface, press enter, and press update
program. If your program is up to date, you may have to re-install avast if
the sounds files have been corrupted somehow. Hope this helps. John

Weird, I can't find it, it some how isn't there in the list, could it be
that the sounds weren't installed properly?

Hi. 1. go to control panel
2 click on sounds
3. use control + tab to go to sounds page
4. tab to "tree view" and use down arrow to get to avast
5 open with right arrow select one of the sounds and tab and enter on
the test button
