I'm not sure I completely understand your question. But, you will have to know there's an attachment or I haven't found a way to know otherwise. If you know, tab through all the header like to, from, subject, etc and you will see something that looks like a filename. Well, that's your first attachment. Now, it will look like there is only one. So, right arrow over to make sure that Jaws doesn't say another one and proceed like that. Not real scientific, but it does work.
