When I insert my flash drive, the regular notificationpops up. This gives

choice how to open this drive. I just usually escape and open the flash
drive with Windows Key E.
The last time I inserted my flash drive I arrowed down and found, at the
bottom a choice that said, "Speed up your computer, use Windows Ready
Boost." Before I do anything incorrect, can anybody tell me what this
exactly is?
