You could try substituting Mac for Mc* .

Hi folks, I'm hoping that someone here might be able to give an answer
to a puzzling Jaws reading question.
I'm using the latest Jaws 11 update and Word 7 on an Xp computer.
I have set in Jaws Default dictionary, for Jaws to read the last name
of McCoy correctly. When I read Current line or line by line, it does
in deed read correctly. However when I read with Say All, it reverts
back to saying "MC Coy.
Do any of you know how I can get the Say All to read the same way as
line by line?
