Hi, Here's what I did when I couldn't figure that one out. 1. CTRL pannel and in the search field typed in notification. 2. tabbed until I heard notification area ICONS link and pressed enter. 3. After pressing enter you should land on an ok button. 4. I tabbed until I heard list windows explorer combo box and made sure it was set on to show icons and notifications. If you would like to verify this is where you need to be just route jaws to pc and read down one line when you are on the windows explorer combobox and it should read safely remove hard ware and eject media. 5. I tabbed over to the ok button and pressed spacebar. Hope this helps.
