I can tell you that the "CSV" is like Excel. I have no problem using it with Jaws for my banking needs. It can be imported from their site as shown as a spreadsheet, you would need Excel to read this, or sign up for email alerts and they will send you a link possibly for you to download in a PDF. I believe I heard a link for the Quick Books program as well within my banks online banking. I do not use this program though. But from your list of programs, it sounds as if your bank offers the same programs as mine does.
