JAWS 64-bit is required to run on a 64-bit operating system. So, no if the CD only contains JAWS for 32-bit OS'es it won't work. But you don't need to buy JAWS 64-bit. Your JAWS license can be used with both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of JAWS. Go to FS home page and download the appropriate version.
