Do you mean: transcription of passages containing these symbols into Braille? there is the Duxbury program for braille translation. it exists in many languages.

Do you know if exist a way to jaws can read phonetic symbols? I need to make transcriptions and I couldn't because jaws can't do it... There is a programme compatible with jaws that help me to work with these symbols...??
