While I do not have experience with that particular product, it is highly
unlikely that it will be accessible. I had been doing remote tech support
for a company and used the RIM product by Serotek. It contained a built-in
screen reader, which worked just ok. It was VERY slow and frustrating. The
other option is Jaws Tandem, which would require both you and the computer
that you are going to support to both have the product. I have done some
playing around with Log Me IN Rescue and NVDA, with some success, but it
does freak out the customer, when they realize that the person working on
their computer is blind. But they quickly get over it when you fix their
problem.
So bottom line, you are going to have to try it out and see what happens.
If it is a progressive company, they may be willing to try other options for
you. That was the case with the company that I was working for.
Cheers,
John

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Remote Access Software "Screenconnect"
I have applied for a help desk position. The company uses a remote access
solution named "screenconnect' from
www.screenconnect.com
This is java based.
Does anyone know if this is accessible or can be made so to be used with
nvda or jaws?
Any information is much appreciated.
Thanks much.
Doris
