Using outlook with jaws always takes some adjustments. First, in every folder, you must change the view. So, first thing that has to be done is, turning off the reading pain, hit alt v, then the letters p and n, once you do this arrow down to off, and hit enter. The next thing is optional, I do it because I've never cared for my messages to be in groups, so to turn off the show messages in groups, hit alt V, then the letters A and b, once you do this arrow down to show in groups, if its checked hit enter and that will uncheck it. After these to adjustments are made, everything should work fine. I also tab through and turn off favorite folders. Sorry, I don't know the short cut to this one. But what I explained above needs to be done in each folder you read messages in. HTH
