Hi Can JAWS 11 work with IE 9 ?
I installed IE 9 on my Windows 7 Enterprise laptop this morning. After doing so, I could no longer hear JAWS saying, "Check box unchecked" or "Check box checked". Example : In IE 8 : Check box unchecked Yes 1 of 2 Check box unchecked No 2 of 2 When I press Spacebar on "Yes", it will be Check box checked Yes 1 of 2 In IE 9 : Yes No I had to ask my Microsoft IT colleagues to come downstairs to help me revert to IE 8. However, he told me that eventually all machines in Microsoft will have to switch to IE 9. Is there a way for JAWS to tell me if the words belong to check boxes ? How different is IE 9 compared to IE 8 ? Thank you for any help you can provide.
