I have had the instructions for several weeks now but I have been using
outlook since the day before forever and do not plan on jumping to windows
mail any time soon.

If you want to use Windows Mail, you have to be willing to make changes in 
your registry.  The JAWS-Users program page has instructions but not 
everyone (me included) is willing to it.  I had to have sighted help.
