I would suggest that you hide it, its nothing to be worried about, it will disappear as soon as you hide it, it seems to be a system file that takes relatively no space on the hard drive, I just did the same thing to a similar file.

Hello,

I have a folder at the top of a drive titled

2b94e5c95f90ea85e52dc3af

However when I try to delete it I get an access denied message. It also says I need administrative rights. The folder properties indicates the folder size is 0 bites and contains 0 files. I did a MSE scan but no viruses were found. What can I do to get rid of this folder? Thanks.
